Low carb pizza with broccoli dough

This pizza is really cool and delicious! 
Super light, the dough can be made with broccoli or cauliflower. 


Low carb means the recipe is low in carbs,
making it a great option for the night.

 Light and nutritious, the pizza, although it doesn't have the crunchiness of the original dough, is deceiving 
Because of the fillings used. In addition, the recipe is gluten free and can be consumed by those who have an intolerance. 

Pasta Ingredients: 

– 1 whole broccoli (from that durinho, also called Chinese) or 1 cauliflower 

– 1 white - Salt and black pepper to taste. Filling Ingredients: 

– 380g of cooked and shredded chicken breast 

– 1/2 cup of tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons (50g) of light curd 

– 1 large tomato cut into slices - Salt and black pepper to taste 

– 1 onion cut into cubes 

Method of preparation: 

– Cut the broccoli, using the stalks too. Cook it, preferably in steam.

 – Mash with a fork or mash with the mixer until the broccoli crumbles. 

– Squeeze the contents in a sieve to remove any excess liquid.

 – Let it cool a little and add the egg, mixing everything. 

– Pour into a round pizza pan and bake until the dough dries and hardens. (approximately 25 minutes). 

– Saute the onion, chicken and tomato sauce, seasoning them.

 – Assemble the pizza: put the chicken sauce over the dough, tomato slices and pour the curd over everything. 

– Place in the oven to heat.
