Homemade pizza dough recipe

 Ingredients

 6 cups of wheat flour 

2 teaspoons of sugar 

2 teaspoons of salt 

1/4 cup of oil 2 ½ cups of warm water

 2 tablespoons of dry biological yeast 

1 box of sauce or tomato paste s

Method of preparation


 Mix yeast and sugar in a bowl

Add warm water little by little and mix slowly

 When dissolved, set aside at room temperature

On a smooth, clean surface, mix the flour and salt

Make a hole in the center and add the mixture with the yeast

Add oil and mix well;

Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers; Cover with a towel and let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour or until it doubles in size

Divide the dough into 4 parts, select one of them, cover the rest with the towel and set aside to bake at other times

 Place the dough on a floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out, forming a circle 12 inches in diameter

 Assemble the pizza with the flavors of your choice (shredded chicken, tuna, corn, mozzarella, etc.)
