Ingredients
1 bar (45 g) of chopped kat kit
1 bar (40 g) of chopped white kat kit (can substitute for Bis)
1 ready-made pizza dough
2 tablespoons of melted butter
¼ cup of hazelnut cream
2 tablespoons of toasted hazelnuts (optional)
Method of preparation
Butter a large baking sheet and preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to create a 35cm
diameter circle. Place in oven and bake until golden, for approximately 20 minutes. Spread the hazelnut cream on
the finished dough and sprinkle the entire kat kit on top (black and white). Bake for about 2 minutes, until chocolate
starts to melt. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts into the dough on top of the melted chocolate. Just serve!
