Ingredients
200 g wheat flour
1 envelope of dry yeast (10 g)
100 ml of olive oil
50 ml of water
1 pinch of salt Roof
8 tablespoons of prepared chocolate cream or brigadeiro 1 tray of sliced strawberries Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling Cream ice cream to accompany
Method of preparation
Mix the ingredients and knead the dough well. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll them out on a floured surface to the size of a dessert plate. Arrange on baking sheets and place in a preheated medium oven (200°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Spread 2 tablespoons of the chocolate cream over each hot pizza. Distribute the strawberry slices and sprinkle sprinkles. Serve with 1 scoop of cream ice cream.
